We will be happy to process dental insurance claims on your behalf. Dental insurance is intended to cover a portion of your treatment amount. The amount covered by insurance varies widely from plan to plan. In most cases you are responsible for a deductible amount each year and the portion not paid by your insurance plan. Payment is due at the time of service for these amounts. If your treatment requires multiple visits, we can design a payment schedule to meet your needs. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express is welcome for payment in addition to cash & checks. We ask that you bring any insurance information with you at your first visit or fill out the "Make an Appointment" form including in the site.
