Insurance & Payment

We will be happy to process dental insurance claims on your behalf. Dental insurance is intended to cover a portion of your treatment amount. The amount covered by insurance varies widely from plan to plan. In most cases you are responsible for a deductible amount each year and the portion not paid by your insurance plan.

Payment is due at the time of service. If your treatment requires multiple visits, we can design a payment schedule to meet your needs. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are welcome for payment in addition to cash & checks.

We ask that you bring any insurance information with you at your first visit or fill out the "Appointment" form including in the site.
